Clients who are receiving intervention from one of these organisations are, from time to time, referred to Community Keepers for a continuation of services as we are based in the schools or communities in which these clients reside.
We refer all Form 21 cases (child abuse) to SAPS, as is the law, and report these cases to Child Welfare so that they may intervene in the home environment. Often, at-risk children are flagged in their communities by these external organisations and are referred to Community Keepers.
