Born this Way and CottonOn Kindness in Community Campaign

“We want to show our gratitude towards you and thank you for the impact that you’ve made in so many lives.”

A learner shared that they had never considered how a simple ‘thank you’ could mean so much to a teacher and promised to start writing thank-you notes to their favourite teachers.  Another learner mentioned how they were inspired to compliment their caregivers more often, especially when they noticed them going the extra mile to help out.

Several others reflected on the importance of being kind not just to their peers but to the adults in the school as well, acknowledging that kindness is something everyone can share, regardless of age or role.

The Apex High Learner Committee said to Amy:

“You have been a driving force behind initiatives that promote mental health awareness, inclusivity and student wellbeing. Your dedication to creating a safe and supportive environment has made Apex High a better place for students of all kind.”

“You’ve left an indelible mark on our hearts and minds – your impact will not be forgotten.”
