Impacting an environment of care
When we shift from a responsive, service-driven model to a sustainable, systemic model, we mobilise the whole school community in fostering an environment of care.

As CK invests in building the environment of care (dashed green – training educators, embedding peer support, shifting norms), the blue line – direct crisis-driven service demand – rises initially as awareness grows and referrals surface, peaks, then tapers as the school’s own capacity to prevent and respond takes over.
