Mental Health First Aid Training
“Mental health is too important to be left to professionals alone. Mental health is everyone’s business.” Prof Vikram Patel, Harvard University
We train young people from the local community and recruit them as Care Facilitators to provide frontline support. We offer various levels of this specialised training for organisations looking to upskill their staff.
Learn to KNOW: The foundation of a healthy workplace culture. This level focuses on developing the emotional literacy to recognise signs of distress, while emphasising self-care as a non-negotiable starting point.
Learn to LISTEN: This module equips participants to listen effectively, help regulate others’ emotions, and safely connect individuals to professional support when needed.
Learn to CARE: Facilitating Mental Health First Aid using the CK C.A.R.E.S. model.
