Holding Steady

As our Jobs Fund project came to a close, three of our managers decided to move on to new projects, opening up opportunities for growth within our team. If Community Keepers is a boat, then this season saw some passengers disembark, others climb aboard and still others adjust their seating arrangements. Throughout this process, Mieke van der Merwe and Morne Oosthuizen have kept our boat steady. They are both by nature level-headed, calm and capable leaders who have ensured that this year our journey has been steady and smooth sailing. Thank you, Mieke and Morne, for carrying the extra workload and for creating a safe and supportive workplace culture.
