ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Community Keepers delivers psycho-social services to primary and high school learners in the Cape Town and Cape Winelands area. We are accepting applications for administrative assistants to assist in administrative duties.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • General administration
  • Assisting with interview process
  • Internal logistical arrangements

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in administration or experience in administrative duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
  • Previous exposure to psycho-social services will be of value.
  • Outstanding administrative skills with proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for teamwork.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
